A Transformative 5-Month Educational Experience

What is Spark? SPARK is an engaging, hands-on educational program designed to inspire empathy, kindness, and sustainable living. Through interactive learning, real-world experiences, and fun activities, students will explore animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and how small actions can make a big difference for people, animals, and the planet.

This 5-month commitment allows students to gain a deeper understanding of important issues like pet overpopulation, farmed animal welfare, plant-based living, and careers in animal advocacy. Our goal is to empower the next generation of compassionate leaders!

Scholarship Incentive:

Students who attend all sessions will receive a $200 scholarship package to be used at local businesses that align with the program’s mission, reinforcing the values learned.

What Will Students Learn?

Each month, students will focus on a new topic through interactive activities, discussions, and hands-on projects:

✔ Empathy & Kindness Foundations – Understanding and practicing kindness toward animals, people, and the environment.
✔ Pet Overpopulation & Responsible Companion Animal Care – Learning how to care for pets and the importance of spay/neuter.
✔ Farmed Animals & Plant-Based Living – Exploring how food choices impact animals, health, and the planet.
✔ Wildlife Conservation & Advocacy – Creating projects that promote peaceful coexistence with wildlife.
✔ Careers in Animal Welfare & Final Showcase – Learning about future career paths in animal care and presenting final projects to family and friends.

🚀 Bonus Activities: Students will engage in creative projects like painting garden pots, making wildlife feeders, and working through interactive educational books.

Who Can Apply?

✅ Ages 10–13 who have a genuine desire to learn and make a difference.
✅ Students who are committed to attending all five sessions (this is a multi-month commitment).
✅ Parents/guardians who will support their child’s participation and ensure on-time drop-off and pickup.

💡 Note: This program is not just for kids who love animals—it is designed for those who want to take action and learn how to create positive change for animals, people, and the planet.
