Just beyond the boundaries of our current sanctuary lies a 64-acre property, awaiting its transformation into a haven for animals and a sanctuary for human connection with the natural world.
EPIC Outreach, led by its founder Jessie Miller, has blossomed in recent years, but now yearns for a way to deepen its mission. Our aim is to establish a space that not only serves as a safety net for farm animals in need, but also invites people to rediscover the wonders of the great outdoors.
We will Build Community through Rescue, Adoption, and Education
Pigs, horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and a bunny call the current sanctuary home. A bigger space will help more animals in need, build a bigger adoption program while expanding education to include summer camps, regular visiting hours, and special programing for kids and adults.
Will You Partner with the Animals?
EPIC Outreach needs community partners who want to leave a lasting legacy.
The amount needed is $2.2 million. With $2.2 million dollars, we would not only acquire the land but also build the essential infrastructure, such as fences and other safeguards, to ensure the safety and well-being of the animal residents. Moreover, we would revive the existing barn, a symbol of hope and a testament to our commitment to creating a sanctuary for life.
By utilizing these funds, we would hire 2-3 dedicated staff members who possess the passion and expertise to meet the growing demands of our expanding sanctuary.
Together, we can provide a nurturing home to countless more animals, offering them a second chance at life, love, and happiness. As we embark on this awe-inspiring journey, EPIC Outreach has already received a generous commitment of $100,000 from an anonymous donor towards the land purchase.
