At EPIC Outreach, we believe that every pig deserves to stay in a loving home. The EPIC Pig Safety Net Program is designed to provide vital resources, guidance, and financial assistance to help pig owners navigate challenges and keep their pets instead of rehoming them. Additionally, we support reputable rescues that take in pigs when we don’t have space, but they do. Often rescues have space, but they need assistance with veterinary costs to cover things like spay/neuter. By working together, we can create lasting solutions to ensure pigs in need receive the care and stability they deserve.

Rehoming Prevention Support
One-on-one coaching to troubleshoot pig behavior issues.
- Educational materials and community support for pig owners in need.
- Guidance on zoning laws and home modifications to accommodate pet pigs.
Emergency Assistance for Pet Pigs (When Funds Allow)
Food Support: Temporary pig food or hay assistance.
Vet Care Support: Helping with urgent vet visits for medical needs.
Farrier & Hoof Care: Covering or subsidizing hoof trims when finances are tight.
Temporary Housing Solutions: Exploring short-term foster options instead of permanent rehoming.
Spay/Neuter Assistance for Other Rescues
- Funding to help reputable rescues that have space to take in a pig in need but need financial support for vet care.
- Preventing more unwanted pigs by covering spay/neuter costs.
